Refund & Cancellation Policy

Paid plans (Single, Team, Firm) are billed monthly through Stripe unless otherwise stated at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges. Trial eligibility and duration are shown at signup.

You may cancel anytime from Settings → Billing (Stripe Customer Portal). Cancellation stops future renewals. You retain access through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

Except where required by law, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were billed in error, contact hello@leasemynd.com within 14 days of the charge. We may issue refunds at our discretion for duplicate charges or documented billing errors.

Upgrades may take effect immediately with prorated charges. Downgrades typically apply at the next renewal. Usage limits are tied to your active plan as described on the pricing page.

After cancellation, account data may be retained for a limited period then deleted per our Privacy Policy. Export your data from Settings before canceling if you need a copy.
