Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") supplements our Terms of Service. It applies to all users of LeaseMynd.

Permitted uses include:

• First-pass AI-assisted review of commercial lease documents in a law firm workflow
• Internal collaboration among authorized firm members on client matters
• Exporting and sharing analysis with clients when you have obtained required consent
• API and webhook use within published plan limits and documentation

You may not:

• Use the Service as a substitute for licensed legal advice to non-attorney end users
• Upload documents without proper authorization from the document owner or client
• Upload protected health information (PHI) or other data requiring HIPAA compliance
• Upload residential leases expecting production-grade accuracy (Service is calibrated for commercial leases)
• Present AI outputs to clients or courts without independent attorney verification
• Share matter data via public links without appropriate client consent and access controls
• Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without written permission
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Service except as allowed by law
• Circumvent usage limits, authentication, or billing controls
• Use the Service to develop competing models using our outputs at scale
• Transmit malware, unlawful content, or content that infringes third-party rights
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others

Users must comply with applicable rules of professional conduct, including duties of competence, confidentiality, and supervision of non-lawyer assistance. You are responsible for evaluating whether use of AI tools is appropriate for each client matter under your jurisdiction's ethics rules.

We may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate accounts. We may report unlawful activity to authorities. Serious violations may result in immediate termination without refund.
