Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how LeaseMynd("LeaseMynd," "we," "us") processes personal information when you use https://leasemynd.com and related services (the "Service").

The Service is designed for attorneys and law firm personnel. You may upload client matter documents that contain third-party personal information. In those cases, your firm is typically the data controller and LeaseMynd acts as a processor on your instructions.

Account information: name, email, organization name, authentication data, billing information (processed by Stripe).

Customer content: lease documents you upload, analysis results, comments, templates, and exports.

Usage data: logs, feature usage, IP address, device/browser type, referral/UTM parameters.

Communications: support requests, contact form submissions, pilot inquiries.

Marketing data: with consent, campaign analytics via third-party pixels (see Cookie Policy).

• Process lease documents with AI and return analysis to your account
• Manage subscriptions, trials, and billing
• Respond to support requests
• Monitor abuse, fraud, and security incidents
• Improve product performance and reliability (using aggregated/de-identified data where possible)
• Send service-related communications
• Measure marketing effectiveness (with consent)

We do not use your uploaded lease documents to train public foundation models. Document processing is performed through third-party AI APIs under their enterprise/API terms. See our Subprocessor List.

Where GDPR applies, we rely on: contract performance, legitimate interests (security, product improvement), legal obligations, and consent (marketing cookies).

We share information with service providers that help us operate the Service (hosting, database, AI processing, payments, analytics). A current list is at https://leasemynd.com/subprocessors.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger or acquisition.

We are based in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the US, your information may be transferred to and processed in the US and other countries where our subprocessors operate. We use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses in our DPA) for international transfers where required.

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and row-level security for multi-tenant data isolation. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We retain account and matter data while your subscription is active and for a limited period afterward unless you request earlier deletion. Backups may persist for a short additional period. See our internal Data Retention Policy for details provided to enterprise customers.

• EEA/UK rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and complaint to a supervisory authority
• California rights: know, delete, correct, and opt out of certain sharing (we do not sell personal information)

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

LeaseMynd is not a HIPAA Business Associate. Do not upload protected health information. Medical office leases may contain sensitive data; you are responsible for compliance with applicable confidentiality obligations.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date and, where appropriate, notified in-product or by email.
