How we handle client lease documents and AI processing.

Data handling

Lease documents and analyses are stored in Supabase (US region, provider-managed encryption at rest).
All traffic uses TLS encryption in transit.
Access is scoped to your organization's authenticated users.

AI provider

Analysis uses Google Gemini via Google AI. Review Google AI terms and your firm's data policy before uploading client documents.

We configure inference for production analysis; verify current Google data use settings against your firm requirements.

Retention

Deleting a matter removes associated analysis records and uploaded content from the application database per our deletion workflow.

Compliance roadmap

SOC 2 Type II is on our roadmap — we do not currently hold SOC 2 certification.
