# Data Processing Addendum (Template)

**Between:** [Customer / Law Firm] ("Customer")  
**And:** LeaseMynd, Inc. ("Processor")

## 1. Purpose
Processor provides AI-assisted commercial lease analysis software. Customer uploads lease documents for analysis on behalf of its clients.

## 2. Processing
Processor will process Customer Data solely to provide the contracted services, including document parsing, AI analysis, and export generation.

## 3. Subprocessors
Customer acknowledges use of:
- **Supabase** (database hosting)
- **Google Cloud / Gemini** (AI inference)
- **Vercel** (application hosting)

Current list maintained at `/subprocessors`.

## 4. Security
Processor implements encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest via cloud provider defaults. Access is restricted to authenticated organization members.

## 5. Retention & deletion
Customer may delete matters from the dashboard. Deletion removes associated analyses and stored documents per application retention policy.

## 6. SOC 2
SOC 2 Type II certification is on the product roadmap and is not currently held.
